Hiring Experienced Sub-Contractors for Home Remodeling Projects
We are a leading home remodeling company looking for experienced and skilled sub-contractors to join our team. Our company specializes in kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodeling projects and we are seeking sub-contractors with experience in San Diego, California.
The ideal partners will have experience working as a sub-contractor in the home remodeling industry and will be able to handle aspects of kitchen, bathroom, and/or full home remodeling projects from start to finish. They should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
You must be fully insured and bonded.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
Communicating with clients throughout the project to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns
Ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and building codes
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sub-contractor in the home remodeling industry
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Proven experience managing kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodeling projects
– Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
– Must be fully insured and bonded
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Must have own tools and transportation
