All-inclusive pricing (design, permits, construction, utilities, landscaping): Studio (400-600 sq ft): $150K-$180K • 1BR (600-750 sq ft): $180K-$220K • 2BR (750-1000 sq ft): $220K-$280K. No hidden fees. Fixed-price contracts.
Average: 4-6 months from contract to keys. Design (3-4 weeks), Permits (6-10 weeks), Construction (10-14 weeks). We track every milestone in Buildertrend so you’re never guessing. 90% of our projects finish within 2 weeks of original timeline.
