Months 1-2

Permitting (We Handle Everything)

We submit to city, manage plan check revisions, coordinate utility companies (SDG&E, water, sewer), and secure all approvals. Track progress in real-time via Buildertrend.

Months 2-4

Construction

Foundation, framing, MEP, finishes, all by our licensed crews. Weekly photo updates. Site stays clean. You have 24/7 access to schedule and milestones in Buildertrend.

Final Inspection + Keys Delivered

All-inclusive pricing (design, permits, construction, utilities, landscaping): Studio (400-600 sq ft): $150K-$180K • 1BR (600-750 sq ft): $180K-$220K • 2BR (750-1000 sq ft): $220K-$280K. No hidden fees. Fixed-price contracts.

Average: 4-6 months from contract to keys. Design (3-4 weeks), Permits (6-10 weeks), Construction (10-14 weeks). We track every milestone in Buildertrend so you’re never guessing. 90% of our projects finish within 2 weeks of original timeline.

We handle 100% of permitting. You sign forms, we do the rest. California’s 2025 ADU laws make it easier than ever. We submit plans, respond to city plan check, coordinate inspections. Permitting is included in our fixed price—no surprises.
